With the pillow-top option, our mattress rates as a 6. If you ever want to adjust the feel, you can add a plush or firm vegan mattress topper at any time.

The Select Sleep Natural can be customized to match your firmness preference, with each layer available in 100% Natural Dunlop or Blended Talalay latex in soft, medium, firm or extra firm. Over the life of your mattress, you can rearrange or replace these layers in your own home to achieve a different firmness, based on your changing needs. Sleeping with a partner? For a luxurious and premium finish, we use a breathable organic cotton / poly-blend 4-way stretch-knit (rather than a traditional weave) in a soft, natural color, and GOTS-certified by our supplier. Sourced from the United States, this durable textile is button-tufted by hand with wool yarn rosettes, which secure the cotton ticking and internal mattress layers firmly in place without the use of chemical adhesives. We also use hand-stitched tape edges (double stitched) and heavy-duty upholstered handles to complete the package.
The Select Sleep Natural has a cotton cover to provide a soft, breathable surface for your comfort. Cotton also provides just enough stretch so that your mattress is easy to assemble and that the cover stays taught. Polyester is never used in our covers. Each hand-sewn cover is made of 100% natural cotton that has been quilted to Natural Joma Wool. The 360° zipper makes assembly a breeze and allows you to replace and rearrange layers as needed, as well as remove completely for spot cleaning and airing out. Replacement covers are available.

The Avocado Vegan Mattress is GREENGUARD Gold Certified - and made with natural and organic materials, including 100% GOLS organic certified latex from tree-tapped and sustainable sources and GOTS organic certified cotton. Our non-toxic vegan bed combines the finest natural cushioning with an internal, zoned, pressure-point support system for proper back support and extended durability. No wool is used anywhere in the mattress. The Avocado Vegan Mattress features an 8-inch support unit comprised of 756 - 1,414 individually-tuned support coils to ensure proper spinal alignment and balance. These fabric-encased innersprings (made from recycled steel) are arranged in 5 distinct zones with a reinforced perimeter to float independently and reduce motion transfer. This premium, highly durable system allows for optimal and individualized ergonomic and joint support, while at the same time, better contouring to your body shape and evenly distributing weight. Better still, the reinforced perimeter provides critical edge support to eliminate the "roll-off" feeling near the edge.
