The exceptional comfort and unique responsiveness of latex results in either a plush or firm sleep experience, depending on which side of the mattress you choose to sleep on. A plush, quilted top layer of wool and organic cotton is thoughtfully constructed on either side, ensuring a naturally hygienic and more breathable surface.
Graphite and gel-beads work to draw away heat all night long, channeling it through breathable, open-cell foam and airy springs. Our hydrophilic foams dissipate moisture, even on hot summer nights. Our proprietary Tuft & Needle Adaptive® foam is breathable and long-lasting, giving you just enough soft without the sink to stay aligned all night. Graphite conducts heat away from you quickly and efficiently as you sleep to prevent you from waking up hot and sweaty. Cooling gel beads wick away heat and help create gradual support as they draw together under your pressure points.

Individually encased, recyclable coils promote greater airflow and deeper compression support while decreasing motion transfer between sleep partners. The top side layer is combined with a 1.5" total latex support layer, designed to deliver exceptional pressure point relief while helping maintain proper spinal alignment. A 6" base of up to 1,024 individually encased Ascension™ coils deliver deep compression support while decreasing motion transfer between sleep partners. A firmer 1.5" layer of 100 percent natural latex is available on the flip side, offering all the benefits of natural materials on a firmer sleep surface.
The responsive support of springs meets the long-lasting comfort of our Tuft & Needle Adaptive® foam in our most supportive mattress yet. We took the familiar bounce of traditional design and wrapped it in an ultra-luxurious plush pillow top filled with carbon fiber-infused foam for extended durability. Unlike all-foam mattresses, the Tuft & Needle Hybrid has a more reactive, energetic surface thanks to a tempered spring system. Individually pocketed springs respond to your unique pressure points and provide a subtle, lively bounce - without transferring your partner's every move to your side or waking you up to squeaky springs. Cooling gel beads wick away heat and help create gradual support as they draw together under your pressure points.

We compress and vacuum-seal all of our beds into a conveniently-sized box that ships free directly to your doorstep. The Tuft & Needle Hybrid typically arrives in 5 to 7 business days via FedEx. For a $150 fee, white glove delivery, setup, and removal of your current mattress is available.
