The Polysleep Mattress is made of three horizontal layers and a vertical layer of polyurethane foam. The Premium Foam layers:

Our "Tiny Mattress" technology is the most significant mattress invention in the last 100 years. There is no other mattress on the market that compares to our one-of-a-kind technology and it's GREENGUARD Gold Certified. We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology, cut out a 2.25" x 2.25" rectangular cylinder, and then encase it in a fabric pocket. We then attach the Cushion Pocket to a .078" high carbon steel pocketed coil spring to create our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring", better known as the "Tiny Mattress". Finally, we combine roughly 700 of these "Tiny Mattresses" to create a mattress that reacts independently to personal weight and size.

Medium Plush Firmness The 700 Tiny Mattresses independently respond to each sleepers' personal weight and size. When you initially sit on the mattress, it feels very plush because all of your weight is concentrated on a few tiny mattresses. Cover
The cover gives you a delicate, soft feel to lie on. It is also liquid repellent to avoid any accidents. The sides are made of mesh, which allows the mattress to be more breathable.
Our stretch knit polyester and elastane cover is designed to complement the "tiny mattresses" ability to adjust to personal weight and size. More specifically, we've integrated a quilted, internal (FR) mattress pad that offers a more plush level of comfort. This zip-off removable and washable cover allows access to independently sealed cushions and unmatched cleanliness (vacuum in-between each air channel so you can eliminate dust, bacteria, and allergens).

The first layer, or base, of the ultimate mattress is built with high-density foam and acts as a boxspring, while providing unparalleled reinforcement.
