The mattress will arrive with the medium firmness setting, but easily switch between medium and medium-firm for customisable comfort. Simply unzip the cover, and swap the 1st and 3rd layer of the mattress, keeping the micro coils layer inbetween.
The Koala mattress has a double-sided comfort layer that you access by unzipping the cover, and flip this layer over. You can choose between medium-firm support and firmer support. Koala recommend trying the medium-firm default side first.
